The course is suitable for new and returning staff who will be working in NHS or Private Healthcare Organisations where they are expected to Assess, Identify, Prevent and Manage behaviours that challenge, including aggression and violence.

TOPICS COVERED
- Demonstrate non-pain compliant methods of control and restraint and how to safely apply them
- H&S, human rights, applicable laws
- Understand the importance of Incident reports and de-briefing for all involved in restraint.
