From Theory to Practical Application
Our Brentwood centre brings classroom learning and practical training together under one roof.
Learners can move from briefings and theory sessions into practical exercises, physical intervention, first aid scenarios, operational drills and scenario-based training without leaving the Academy.
This gives our instructors the flexibility to combine knowledge, practical skills and realistic exercises throughout the training day.

Brentwood Station is approximately a two-minute walk from the Academy and is served by the Elizabeth line, providing convenient connections with Stratford, central London, Shenfield and beyond.
Parking is available at Brentwood Station Car Park on St James Road, within a short walk of the Academy.
Parking at the station is chargeable. Learners travelling by car should check current parking charges and restrictions before travelling.
The Academy office is open Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.
The training centre operates in accordance with scheduled courses and training, which may take place outside normal office opening hours.
Learners should refer to their course joining instructions for their confirmed arrival and training times.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled course start time.
On arrival, enter via the main entrance to Unit 7 and report to a member of the Close Protection Academy team. Please refer to your joining instructions for any course-specific arrival information.
